IT VERY CLEAN INSIDE ALTHOUGH THE BACK COVER IS MISSING.

In Sydney wurde ein sehr gut erhaltener Bren Gun Carrier mit Original V8-Motor verkauft (AUD 10'603).

Not often seen this baby has been in storage for some decades. So its not a rusted out hulk Will run, tracks are free and rotate and engine and drive train all still original. Sure the armour has been trimmed off but what is there is good and could be replaced if your capable. Has some nice features ,original ID tag and steering wheel ,dash and controls. This was made in SA Railway Yards and was auctioned off at Singleton in the early 50's.

This Chevrolet Spare Parts List covers the Model C60L Chassis 8443 158" WB CMP Vehicles. Printed in August, 1943. It is an original publication that spent most of it's military career sitting on a RCEME Shop shelf. It is in Very Good + condition, with crisp covers and pages. The spine is solid and slightly sun faded. There are no torn or missing pages, but the back inside cover and the last two "NOTES" pages have some moisture stains (RCEME coffee???) present. There is also a slight grease stain on the centre right edge of the front cover and the centre of the page edges, probably from being thumbed through occasionally. The Cab and Chassis unit this manual services includes all Chevrolet CMP vehicles in this classification mounting the following body types: GS, Ambulance, Dental, Derrick, Disinfector, Engineers, Office, Petrol Tank, Stores, Water Tank, Workshop, Wrecker and 6 Pounder Anti-Tank Portee.

Für £ 2'000 wurde kürzlich in England ein Ford F60-Restaurationsprojekt mit rarem LAAT-Body (Light Anti-Aircraft-Truck) verkauft.

Ford CMP F60 please note that the picture are of when we first got it the last picture is of the chassic which has been shot blasted primed and painted plus new tyres have been fitted the vehicle was stripped down for restoration but time and loss of storage force us to sell, the engine is the ford v8 but it is semi seized will turn 3/4 round the body is as the pictures not touched that, the cab is stripped down and all parts are there new front 1/2 wings have been made plus new window frames also the doors are ok

Im April 1942 fand in Baltimore USA eine grosse Parade der US Army statt. Gezeigt wurde das damals topaktuelle Material wie Stuart M3, Studebaker 6x6, Ford und Willys Jeep, Dodge WC 0,5t mit MG-Lafette, Autocar mit P-40 Warhawk im Schlepptau etc.

Google Life hat sogar ein paar Bilder von Schweizer Armee-Grenadieren im Angebot. Gezeigt wird u.a. ein Angriff auf versch. Panzerattrappen (4x4, auf jedenfall keine Mowag Panzerattrappe), Einsatz des Flammenwerfers, Flussüberquerung etc. Diese farbigen Bilder dürften wohl aus den Kriegsjahren oder kurz danach vom Fotografen N.R. Farbman entstanden sein.

Wenn man bei Google Life nach den Wörtern "Army Truck" sucht, kommen ein paar interessante WW2 Bilder von Dodge, GMC CCKW, Le Tourneau Road Train, Diamond, White etc zum Vorschein.

Wenn man bei Google Life nach "Western Desert" such, kommen faszinierende WW2 Bilder aus dem Wüstenkrieg in Afrika zum Vorschein.

Für AUD 1'550 wurde in Crib Point (Victoria), Australia, dieser kleine 4x4 C15A verkauft. Es ist eine spezielle Sunshine Roof Version. Diese "Sonnendach-Kabinen" wurde nur in Australien gefertigt.

chev c15 CMP blitz,rare chance to pick up a rust free mostly complete easy restorable truck

its a 1942 chev c15A with original sunshine roof, its even still got the rifle butt rectangle mounts on cab floor,all wiring is in place,doors are rust free and has old stock canvas door tops which just need the plastic windows renewed,engine turns over and would start with fuel,original horn in place,radiator is good

diffs,trans case look fine front diff looks very good and low use, gear box is out of vehicle and has been inspected and is perfect and shows no signs of wear,windscreen frames are even good and all hold open fittings are there,cab sheet metal is one of the best i've seen and is straight,brakes dont work but master cyl moves freely,dash is fitted and will need reco,steering box is very good and so is wheel,the horn button is still there!

The seat frames are perfect i have restored them they are ready for paint,they were rust free to start with.

The chassis is perfect and un molested

the only thing missing is the tow pintle and i may be able to get one

HISTORY.......the truck was used after the war as a NRMA tow truck in Holbrook NSW ,the tow gear was removed when i bought it,it was taken off road i would say in the 50,s or 60,s to fix the welshplug in the back of the bellhousing and it was never put back together,it was shedded ever since,the tyres on the original wheels had rotted off the rims! its a barn find!

I am selling reluctantly due to space and time restraints i will stick with my FORD blitzes and finish them.
