Bei milweb war dieser rare C15A aus dem Jahre 1941 zu verkaufen, Preis £ 8'750. Ist ein frühes Modell, ein sogenannter "Monkey Face".
Ground up restoration 12 years ago. Frame and cab components blast cleaned.
New 2B1 rear body manufactured using an original body for pattern, dimensions, fittings and welds have been faithfully reproduced. Rebuilt 216 Chevrolet engine with standard block using NoS components, only run 3500 miles in the last 12 years. New clutch and plate, new brake linings and lines, new wiring harness with correct soldered ring connections correct cloth finish and 12 volt conversion. NoS light units including hard to find NoS rubber lights for front and rear. NoS cab fittings and instruments all correct for 1941. All canvas matched for grade and colour from original samples professionally manufactured includes rear tilt with correct leather securing straps and mesh screens , door curtains, seats in cab and troop seats in rear body, radiator muff and storage bag for cab. Fitted with correct pattern run flat 900x16 track grip tyres in good condition.
Photo record of restoration available. Awarded Beltring runner up Best Canadian 1999 and 2000. Best Medium and Best Self Restored Beltring 2000. Truck has always been dry stored and has been off the road and in store since 2007. Would benefit from service before putting back on the road, starts and runs and holds a good brake pedal.
